PRE-REQUISITES FOR A USER BEFORE RAISING A WITHDRAWAL REQUEST

Before you raise a withdrawal request, you must know that the amount you choose to withdraw gets instantly deducted from your Acehigh account, disallowing you to use that amount for playing.
When you request for withdrawal, firstly the deposit amount will be withdrawn. If the deposit section doesn’t have a sufficient balance to match the requested withdrawal amount, the remaining amount will be taken from the winnings.
The deposit amount of the user becomes accessible after generating rake equivalent to 10% of the deposited amount.
The user is required to generate a specified amount of rake, as determined by the Platform, to unlock the Bonus Amount. As the user creates a rake for the platform, the bonus amount is released proportionately. Only the rake generated after the Bonus is credited will count towards meeting the specified rake amount.. You cannot dump bonus amount on any other user. Doing so may lead to the confiscation/freezing of both accounts.

Note:

A user must acknowledge that any withdrawal would be subject to TDS deduction. As per the new policy for taxation on winnings, 30% TDS will be deducted from the user's net winnings and payment to the player will be made after the deduction of such taxes as per our TDS Policy terms.
A User cannot request a cashout to any other person’s bank account. A cashout can only be made to a bank account, not to any credit card/debit card or any other payment medium.
We do not stand any warranty for the timeline taken to comply with each of your requests. The delays, if any, are for situations that are well beyond our control. Situations include (but are not limited to) inter-bank delays, network failures at gateways, third-party completion of transfers, and suchlike.

Once processed from our end, it usually takes up to 4 hours for the funds to reflect into your bank account depending upon your bank processing speed. Sometimes the payment gets stuck at the bank’s end and may take up to 72 hours to reflect into your bank account.

Your withdrawal may fail sometimes if the receiving bank is having server downtime at the time the transaction is initiated. If this happens, the withdrawal may get reversed/failed. In such a scenario, the bank takes 5-7 working days to update the reversal statuses. You don’t need to worry – if the transaction is reversed/failed, the funds will be credited back to your Acehigh account.
